Simply Good Eating and Household Cleaning
Learn how to navigate the confusion surrounding natural, organic, & processed food. This class helps you to understand the food we consume and the many ingredients that could be potentially harmful such as, pesticides, GMO's, preservatives, and artificial food coloring. We will help guide you to develop an individual plan to shop for you and your family. Additionally, help guide you to identify safe and low-cost cleaning products for your home. You will leave the class with a notebook filled with information, including resources and references for local stores to make shopping efficient.

Holistic Relaxation
Learn how to de-stress your mind and body utilizing a holistic approach. The focus of this class is to help each individual secure methods of relaxation. We will utilize flower essences, breath therapy, and visualization to restore the mind and body. This workshop includes one relaxation flower essence bottle per individual. This is a one-hour workshop.
